Throughout his career, Gary has served as CIO, interim CIO, and interim CTO at companies including Isagenix International, Boardriders, Rodan+Fields, Shiseido Americas, and Coty Inc. He has led teams of up to 300 people, managed budgets exceeding $40 million, and delivered results across some of the most challenging scenarios in technology leadership: leadership vacuums, global platform migrations, acquisitions, divestitures, and large-scale cost restructuring.

Gary is recognized for his ability to combine strong business acumen with deep technical knowledge — translating complex technology needs into practical solutions that move the business forward. He is a hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguous, high-pressure situations and has a consistent track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
